Pet Society – Fishing Guide
juli 30, 2009Christian 2 Comments »Those of you who play Pet Society on Facebook might have noticed that a new feature was recently added to the game. Now your pet can go fishing, but it takes a few tosses and a bit of bait to get i right. If you want to make sure to catch an item (that being a fish, old junk or decorative item) every time you cast the line, read on.
For practising, I recommend you use something cheap, like a apple, as bait.
Now do this:
- Click your pet to cast the line
- Look and listen for the first splash. When it happens, click on your pet and hold your mouse button.
- As soon as you hear a splash, release the mouse button!
- Watch the “fish” struggle and wait for the splashing noise.
- When you hear the splash, click your mouse button to start wheeling in.
- Repeat 3-5 – normally 3 to 4 times – and you will catch something every time you try.
Note:
- Should your line turn red at any point, release the mouse button and wait until it turns black again. Be careful not to let the fish get away though.
- Time is not a factor. It does not matter if you are very fast or very slow at wheeling in your catch – no “bonus” for either.
- Using very expensive food (100+ coins) is simply a waste of money. I’ve caught the dog fish using the 100 coin bone, but otherwise I’ve been using cheap stuff like apples, sweet corn and bread.

there are some types of fish that can only be caught using special kind of bait. like the loveroot fish, the coconutfish, the seahorse [carrot], the applefish [5 coin from store], piranha [rare steak], strawberry fish, chocoltafish [chocolate heart from store], orange and lemon fish, cupcakefish [from ccupcake tree] and catfish [vanilla milk from store], strawberry donutfish [from store], chocolate donutfish [from store] bananafish [from banana tree in your garden] and cheesefish [10 coin from store] and watermelon fish [whole melon from store]. that’s all i catch that are special. but i have more with different kinds of bait.
